One North has secured an exclusive discounted room rate of $559 per night (plus applicable taxes and fees) for attendees of The Assembly. This rate is available up to three days prior to and following the event, including Memorial Day weekend, based on availability.

Rooms will fill up fast! We highly encourage you to book your stay as early as possible. Attendees can take advantage of our special room rates through Monday, April 20th.

Book Early and Save More on Your Stay at Bishop’s Lodge

Rooms reserved by February 1, 2026, will receive an additional $109 off the group rate per night for the core event dates — Tuesday, May 19, and Wednesday, May 20 — bringing your nightly rate down to just $450/night (plus applicable taxes and fees).

This special rate is only available for a limited time. Secure your room early and save — before the desert sun heats up and the discounts cool down.

*Please note, prices quoted on the booking site will reflect One North’s main group rate of $559/night (plus applicable taxes and fees) and require a deposit based on this rate. However, Bishop’s Lodge will apply the additional $109 discount when finalizing the bill for your total stay, and you will be charged appropriately. To lock in your reservation with a deposit based on the early bird rate, please book by phone or email.

**If you plan to extend your stay beyond the core event dates, our normal group rate of $559/night (plus applicable taxes and fees) will apply. This rate is available three days pre- and post-event, including Memorial Day weekend, subject to availability.

***To secure the normal group rate for nights outside of the core event dates, reservations must be made directly with the hotel via the email or phone number listed above.

Transportation

One North will cover transfers to/from Santa Fe Regional Airport (SAF) or Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ), as well as the Bishop’s Lodge Resort Fee and all meals during the event. Attendees are responsible for paying for all other travel expenses, including airfare and hotel stay. There is no registration fee to attend The Assembly.

What to wear

Santa Fe Sophisticated: Embrace a relaxed yet refined look for both sessions and social gatherings. Think collared shirts, blouses, weather-appropriate dresses, or casual dress pants — pieces that feel polished but comfortable.

Santa Fe in May offers warm days and cooler evenings, so we recommend dressing in harmony with the desert climate. Bring a light jacket or wrap for nighttime events like stargazing and outdoor dinners. And as always, wear what makes you feel confident and at ease.

Guests

If you're planning to bring a guest with you to enjoy Bishop’s Lodge, they are welcome to join us for any of our networking events — the Taste of Santa Fe Welcome Session & Opening Soiree, the Morning Elixir Mixer, the Alchemy Immersion & The Five Senses Cocktails & Dinner Party, or for breakfast and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday. Please give us a heads-up if you plan on having anyone tag along for any of these events when registering, so we can accommodate them.
